If I already registered, do I need to do anything?
No. Everyone registered for the May 1 conference date will remain registered for the new dates of August 5-7, 2020. We are hopeful that most previously registered attendees will be able to attend on the new dates.
I will not be able to make the new date. Can I get a refund?
While we hope you can join us on August 5-7, we understand that the new date may not work for everyone. If this is the case, please contact us to let us know if you would like to receive a refund or donate your registration fee to support our collective impact efforts.
I am a sponsor. Will my sponsorship transfer over to the rescheduled conference?
Yes, your sponsorship will transfer to the August conference. Thank you for your support!
I am a speaker, a volunteer, or exhibitor. How will you be sharing information about how the rescheduled conference impacts me?
Thank you for participating to make our conference great! We be in communication with you to confirm if you are still able to attend. We will communicate any updates via email, on our website (https://www.midwestsustainabilitysummit.org/), and on social media (@GreenUmbrellaCIN).
